I did a search before posting so I apologize if I missed an earlier post that may answer my question. I am also not the most articulate when it comes to technical speak so please bear with me.

We have several relational databases that our users update annually via the web using PHP. The problem is that we over 700 records and we are only having issues with around 50 to 100 of them in one of the databases. There doesn't seem to be any connection between the corrupt records. Some are brand new and some have been around for a few years. The user was able to enter the information initially and now the changes that they make are not sticking. The old information is remaining. I don't think it's the code because it is working for the other 600 records. We have recovered the impacted database as well and that helped with a few of the records but not all of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
