I've been banging my head against the wall nonstop all day. I've got a Purchase Request system that i am trying to allow web access to. I'm using the FileMaker site assistant to build the pages and then modifying them as I need. I've been pretty successfull with this so far when building web approvals and status pages. Unfortunately, I'm trying to do something a little more complicated.

The Request system is made up of two tables, one to store the request itself (who its for, when they want it, etc) and another to store the actual requests (part numbers, quantities, totals).

I have created a page that allows me to create records in the first table and view any related records in the second. But, of course, if i'm creating a new record, there will not be any related records in the second table, as yet. There in lies the problem. How can I create records in the second table?

I thought it was pretty simple. Maybe an i-frame or something. No dice. Anyone done anything like this before?
