YES or NO field

hello everyone

my first post is very basic - I want to add a field which only has YES or NO options - but I want the default set as NO so that I only need to click to YES on the few occasions this is needed - is this possible please?

Use the Text Field Option of Auto Enter.

Open Define Fields, highlight the field, click on the Options, select Data and type in No

Use AutoEnter options,create Yes, No value list. And make your field as checkbox

Or set up a field as Boolean, format it to display Yes/No. Default value 0. You can even set your layout to click-switch between them. Comment gave a wonderful example of this in this thread:
