If I want to have a user click on a record displayed in a portal row and go to that record on another layout, how do I do that? I'm a bit stumped on this one. I know it is probably simple, but any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Create a box with transparent fill and borders, place it in the first line of the portal and drag it to cover the area that you want to be 'clickable'.

You can then nominate that invisible box to be a button (right click) and set it to go to the related record and one of the options is to nominate a layout to display that record in.
