Hello,

I have a portal to keep track of all recent information for the contact. I have this information displayed in the contact information, everytime I enter new information I would like it to be entered in the contact information page and it currently is not doing that.

I would like to know if it is possible to have the field display the mose recent information entered in the portal and where I can go to find out more about this, I have 8.5 advanced.

A few questions:


  • Is your portal on the same layout as your Contact Form?
    Does your portal and your form layout contain the same fields?

You should be able to add data to a new record in a portal for contacts and then view it in your contacts form layout mode.

Please explain in further detail.
