Error: "Instant Web Publishing could not be started"

Recently we moved FM7 Pro to a new Mac mini, and we cannot get the Instant Web Publishing to work, at all, this non-descript error message comes up when I click the on radio button:

"FileMaker cannot share files over the Web because Instant Web Publishing could not be started."

Have tried everything I could think of, re-installed everything, fiddled with the Sharing and Network settings in System Preferences, thinking it could be firewall or port related. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Be sure that Apache is actually installed on this machine.

Yes, apache is working, the dummy front page comes up.

I recently posted this same problem. Just curious what your resolution was. Hopefully it wasnt to see how well the Mac mini can fly.

Not sure if you will get notified about this post, but its worht a shot.
