Helvetica has always been the default font for Filemaker. Is there a way to change this default?

If you click on the background in body in Layout mode any changes you make to Font / Font Size / Point Size / Fill Color|Colour / Font Color|Colour... etc become default for new objects added to a layout

That is, if you have already a database open. How to change the default behaviour for new databases (currently using both 5.5, 7 and 8).
