Everybody,

I'm using the SyncDek 6 to generate unique ID's but it turns out that Plug-In hasn't yet been updated to run under FileMaker 8.5 on Macs with Intel Processors.

I know I can force FileMaker to use Rosetta, but how much longer are users going to accept the performance penalties than come with that.

Does anybody have news on what WorldSync's plans are?

I would contact them directly to get the latest scoop. Also with their latest release they have moved to using a calc to do a unique ID and are depreciating using the plug-in to do it.

Is there anything else other than Syncdek that is less expensive?
