Monthly date range find/sort script

Hello,

I would like to create a script that would find and sort all the events that occur within a given month. The find would include all the events that have are associated with a certain contact person(d_contact) whose events are either in progress or successfully done(d_Show status can equal; First contact, need info, Waiting to be bid, Bid submitted, Bid approved, Contract sent, Signed contract in hand, Show done).

I'd love to be able to select the month or have FM just select the current month.

Any ideas??

Here is an example file that demonstrates how to find all the records with a date matching the month specified in a global field and the current year. It doesn't do everything you want but will get you started.
