Windows won't show HTML from a field - a Mac does...

I have a web view set to a custom web address - which is HTML that is contained within a field. The web viewer setup looks like this:

"data:text/html," & Stats::html_final

(where Stats::html_final is the html code)

This works on my Mac, but not on my Windows machine.

What do I need to do in order to display HTML from a field in Windows? (I have Win 2000)
