Getting New Fields to Show up on the Web

I have created an inventory database, and it is housed on a Matrix server. I make changes to the layouts from my desktop, and only myself and my administrator have access to the actual layouts. A few days ago, I created two new fields, from my desktop. When I went out to the web, to work on the inventory, from a laptop, the fields do not show up in the browse view. They show up in the "find" view, but not "browse", and this is important, because these are fields I need to be able to input info into, from the field, but I can't, if I can't get the field to show up off the server. I know this has to be something simple to fix, but I just can't figure it out.

Perplexed,

PSU
