lost all value lists?

I have no idea what I did but I have managed to loose all my value lists.

Is there any way to recover them? Or import them.

whilst keeping the orginal names and references

I have a back up copy of all value lists in another saved database but I am unsure on how to import them???? I can use from another file but they do not keep the same name.

Can anyone help??

can import but no reference

Most likely you deleted or changed one of your relationships. You can either take a clean copy of a backup and import the data from your broken one into it, or you can try and fix the relationship. However, if you deleted the relationship, you may find it easier to just go with th first option and reimport your data to avoid the infamous, "missing relationship" message.

Thanks for the reply. With importing to all tables I have many different relationships. i have not imported all records from all tables before.

Do I have to set all my serial numbers back to zero? Or will the imports take the same values and not contine from where I am now?

My back up file is not blank in terms of serial numbers.
