Changing date format from mmddyyyy to ddmmyyyy

Is there a way to let user enters the date by typing the day first then month? like 29/11 rather than 11/29. I got no problems changing the date format to display ddmmyyyy but no luck for the inputting portion, thanks.

Alright, i figured it out. Just for those who want to know, simply got to control panel > Regional Options > Customize > Date, and change to any format you like. Filemaker will automatically follows the format. Thus one problem i think will surface is that every client computers need to standardize this date format.

Select File -> File Options -> Text to see how to handle it.
