I'm trying to print address type labels. I created a Layout using the custom measurement in the New Layout/ Labels dialog box.

It looks about right when I use the Preview mode but when I print the doc it only prints the top left label.

How do I print an A4 sheet of labels?

Sounds like you're only printing the first record in the current found set or the current set only has one record in it.

Your preview mode settings may be different to the printer setup.

Yes as Ideal said, you may be printing only the current record. In your print dialog, check to see if your Print pulldown menu is set to 'Current Record'. You want it to be set to 'Records being browsed'.

Also I know that you posted a similar question in another thread. Please try to refrain from double posting. You will tend to confuse people with dual answers.
