I already intalled the filemaker conector to be used with IIS 5.0. But how do I creat multiple folders with difreent databases and pages for difrent domains. At this moment I am limited to the web folder under filemaker. Can I use other folder and difrent databases for difrent sites.

Databases can be everywhere.

Create structure in WEB folder for each client different one.
