Brudderman Posted November 24, 2006 Share Posted November 24, 2006 Without using a plug-in, is there a way to activate a TWAIN scanner from within FM (through VBS perhaps)? I do see a plug-in at http://www.powersolutions.it/en/insidescan.html but can't tell much about it from that page. Plus, it doesn't appear to have been updated in a while. Wim Decorte Posted November 25, 2006 Share Posted November 25, 2006 Hi James, I'm sure it can be done but I'm also pretty sure it will need some TWAIN activeX componenent that you'll have to have the VBscript talk to. I was hoping that there was something native in XP that I could reference regardless of whatever kind of TWAIN scanner might be installed.
