FX.php and FileMaker Message Pad Solution

Featured Replies

I have a message pad solution that I developed in FileMaker and I would like to make it accessible via the web.

The solution is not very complex, it keeps track of scheduling as well as provides the ability to send messages (currently over a network) to other staffers.

Can something like FX.php, or even the new API handle this? Currently their would be 12 users.

I have seen fmstudio's post. Has anyone worked with fmstudio to build a website?

Thank you for your help.

Hi Thomas,

Actually this is the FileMaker API section :)

From a quick look at your description, I think that this could pretty easily be replicated with FMStudio.

If you would like to send me a few more details, either here or email them to me it would be greatly appreciated.

My email is [email protected]

Do you plan on hosting yourself or use a FileMaker hosting service?

Stephen,

I have moved my conversation over to the FMStudio subcategory. I don't think everyone wants to hear about my message pad solution.

I am purchasing FMStudio today, and will download a trial version of Dreamweaver.

I am also going to email the database to you, as you offered to take a look.

I will be hosting the solution myself. We have purchased a copy of Server Advanced and there will only be 12 of us using the website.

T. Beasley

OK great :B I will look forward to helping you on the FMStudio category :
