Missing Fields in Find Mode

We are using FMP 7 thru web publishing but some fieds are missing in FIND MODE. For example, the BUILDING NAME field is showing up but no COMPANY NAME field. We are new to FMP 7 as we have been using FMP 4.0 & 4.1. Is there a preference setting we are missing ?
