Hello,

I have a database that tracks advertisment hits by a unique source code per ad...my problem is I can't fiqure out how to summarize and list how many hits per source code....does anyone have any suggestions??

Thank you,

T

1. Make a Summary field that is a Count of your unique code.

2. Make a new layout that's a list and follow the "wizard" steps to group the data.

What you end up with is a report with a Subsummary part that summarizes by your unique code, with your summary field below. Does that make sense?

Tom,

I think I didn't describe my situation properly, my database has approximately 30 different ad codes with about 12,000 hits, and my desire is to have a list of how many times each ad code is hit.

Thanks again,

Tom

The sub-summary report that Fitch described should solve it. Put it in a layout based on the Hits table.
