Validate a field to accept specific values.

If I search the database and the manuals of course I find it but if you know you can tell me in order to spare time.

I want to ask:

1. How to validate a field to accept only 15 values and not anything else. I know that we can make it with a list validation.

2. How to validate @ if exists in a field and do not allow the costumer to leave without to put @.

in the EMAIL field.
