Hello, I am trying to create a field where I can have only a single check box. I see where I can create check box and radio button SETS but I dont want a set. I want a single check box that I can either check (if its true) or not check (if its false)

for example the database I am building is to keep track of my electrical motors. Some have Space Heaters some dont so I wanta field called "Space HTRS" and I want a single check box that I can either leave blank if it doesnt have a space heater or put a check in if it does.

Ive read through the help files and tried to search the forum here but am coming up blank. Please help.
