Serving 2 DB with web companion

Featured Replies

I am currently serving a searchable DB with Web Companion (custom web publishing) on FMP 5.0v3 unlimited (Win2k server).

I am planning on serving a second DB from the same computer and I remember seeing somewhere that the served DB should be the frontmost DB within FMP.

Will I need to run a second copy of FMP ?

Will I need to use another computer ?

Or can I simply serve 2 DB from the same copy of FMP ?

Two DBs will be fine. The 'served' db does not have to be the front db.

Hope this helps.

I am serving 30 databases with single FM Unlimited, all minimized and FMU is also minimized. No problem on NT4 server.
