get error importing XML files

I am getting an error when I try to import XML files, do I need to apply some sort of XLS format?:, and how would I go about doing that.

FM needs the XML to be in its own XML grammar so you'll need to transform your source XML into FM XML using an XSLT stylesheet. You'll find many examples of those at www.filemaker.com/xml.
