Hi

This is my scenario. I have a Project that has MANY tasks. Each Task is then assigned to MANY users. So on my Project layout, I have two portals that display the tasks as well as the users assigned to the task.

I would like to send the users an e-mail with the tasks and users list for that particular Project.

Is there a way to do this in the boby of the message? That is the addresses will be filled in manually but the body of the message will have the Project Name, Tasks and User Names.

Also if I create a PDF file, will it show the portal records also.

The article uses the List () function, but I posted it because it demonstrates the email aspect of it. Combine the technique with the older techniques that were linked to the previous link and you should be able to achieve it.
