GC GYM Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 When printing a found set, the first few pages (usually the first 4 to 8 records) print as expected, but the remaining 10 pages or so are coming out blank. Omitting the correctly printed records from the found set and printing again eventually leaves me with the desired result, but I thought computers were meant to simplify, speed up and make me look smart? If I print to file (PDF) all records are there and the whole document prints at once without a problem. Any tips?
Lee Smith Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 Do all of the records show in Preview Mode? What shows in the Print Preview? Lee
GC GYM Posted February 21, 2007 Author Posted February 21, 2007 (edited) Yes, preview mode shows all records in the found set. Print to PDF produces a document with all records in the found set. This particular printer (a big Xerox Document Centre) doesn't have a print preview feature. Could this be a memory problem? Edited February 21, 2007 by Guest
