Sat 30 Dec 2006 = Week 52

Sun 31 Dec 2006 = Week 53

Mon 1 Jan 2007 = Week 1

I know its right but there goes the week view on my calendar solution.

Still its very confusing :

The problem here for a calendar solution is that a week view is from Sun-Mon but the yearly week system begins from the 1 Jan

If the 1st Jan is not a sunday it has to say Week 53/1

However, there's nothing to prevent you from devising any other numbering system for your weeks - it's only a matter of definition. For example, you could compare the weeknumber of Sunday and Saturday, and if they are not the same, output both.

Yes and no. No, you cannot change the behavior of WeekOfYear(). Yes, you can use other functions to calculate your own week-of-year. If all you need to change is the starting day of the week, use the WeekOfYearFiscal() function.
