I have done some searching around to no avail on how to do this. I am wanting one fields data to set the value list for another. I know that this requires a conditional value list but I would like it to be an editable conditional value list. Any Ideas?

You can have a button next to your value list that will allow users to add a record to the related table.

You can not edit a related field directly; which is where the conditional values come from.

Also you may want to choose to have a popup window display your list and you can have the users add a new record that way.
