Hi all,

I was sending the same email to all records in the found set and it worked fine (Mac OSX - Entourage & Win XP to Outlook). Then I realised that I needed to BCC so that clients couldn't see each other's email addresses.

It continued to work fine on Mac-Entourage, but the Windows-Outlook process doesn't work at all and shows no warnings or error messages. HMMM

I have never had the issue that you have are reporting with bcc. Strange.

For the sake of accuracy I should update this.

I have since discovered that BCC probably had nothing to do with the problem (circumstantial evidence as they say on CSI) as the problem occurrs without bcc.

FM phone support said probably a file corruption. It works for a few print jobs, then decides not to work.

Hope I didn't give anyone a bum steer, and thanks again everybody for your assistance.
