Purchasing FileMaker Server 5.5 for PC

I have a friend who wants to get a copy of FileMaker Server 5.5 for PC.

Q: Does anyone know where I can purchase a copy - hopefully used - or new?

(I don't see it on FileMaker's Web-site or eBay - or Amazon... Hmmm)...

Since FM no longer supports copies prior to FM7, you wont find it through them or most vendors. I would stay away from Ebay as there has been plenty of scams. Best bet is to see if other developers have an old copy they are willing to part with. However, as previous posts regarding the same issue has pointed out, under FM's licensing agreement, the right could possibly not be transferable...

Also, I believe FileMaker may offer a "downgrade" license from FM8 to FM5
