PC Infoman Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 (edited) I am trying to send my entire database to my printer but it only wants to print the record I am currently looking at. How do I print multiple records at the same time. How do I print all records in my DB at once. How can I print and have each record print on a separate page? Edited April 25, 2007 by Guest
mr_vodka Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 In the print dialog box, there is an option for Print Current Record / Records Being Browsed / Blank Record. If you want all the records in a table, show all the records and then print records being browsed.
PC Infoman Posted April 26, 2007 Author Posted April 26, 2007 thank you for that. How do I get the print job to print each item in the db on its own page?
Ender Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 If each page is a different record, change the layout View option to Form View. If you have multiple records for each "Item", you can use a sub-summary by Item part, with a page break option.
PC Infoman Posted April 27, 2007 Author Posted April 27, 2007 Thank you for this. It is working wonderfully.
