I am trying to send my entire database to my printer but it only wants to print the record I am currently looking at.

How do I print multiple records at the same time.

In the print dialog box, there is an option for Print Current Record / Records Being Browsed / Blank Record. If you want all the records in a table, show all the records and then print records being browsed.

How do I get the print job to print each item in the db on its own page?

If each page is a different record, change the layout View option to Form View. If you have multiple records for each "Item", you can use a sub-summary by Item part, with a page break option.
