Totes Posted April 30, 2007 Posted April 30, 2007 (edited) Hi, I am venturing into label printing and have a quick question. I have searched but cant find anything to do what I need. What I want is to be able to print the same data on (lets say 10) labels but have the labels sequentially numbered. So, lets say I need to print out 10 duplicate labels for John Doe, containing his name and address and the date printed…I would like each label to carry a different label number 1,2,3,4 etc. And the next time I may only need two for John Doe so they would need to print numbered 1 and 2. Can this be done with a script or calc? Thanks for your help, James Edited April 30, 2007 by Guest
bcooney Posted April 30, 2007 Posted April 30, 2007 Can you just put "@@" on the layout? It adds sequential numbers to each record.
