Using FM8.0 I created a runtime solution and, when I try to send an email message to a found set a message comes up for each record asking if I want to send a message. How can I send the same email message to a group of found records without having to ok each one?

Which email app are you using?

Think Entourage has a setting you have to tick to let scripts send emails without the dialog.

Deselecting that option in Outlook Express did the trick.

There is a program called Express Click Yes. This program automatically enters "yes" each time that pop up happens and all emails will be then sent without you having to manually enter "yes". The program may be found here and it works like a charm. http://www.contextmagic.com
