tomcat not starting

I am getting the following in the web-server-module-log.txt

[jk_ajp_common.c (1198)]: Error connecting to tomcat.

This used to work.

I have deleted everything and reinstalled WPE, but keep getting 'Internal Server Error'

Anyone seen this before?

Ideas?
