Can anyone recommend a good CDML primer?

I read both "FileMaker Pro 4 and the World Wide Web" and "Database Publishing with FileMaker Pro on the Web". Both were helpful, incomplete and in some cases out and out wrong in their information. I don't know what else is available in text form.

You'd think that with all of FMP's own hype about their web abilities, there would be some books available on the language.

Of course, FMP on the web ain't nearly what it's cracked up to be. Perhaps v6 will fix some of that, but I doubt it.
