Report Printing & Preview Mode

I created a layout using the report wizard and I had the wizard create the script for printing. Question : the script puts the layout in preview mode. I tried putting a button on the layout but the button can't be pressed in preview mode. How does one go from preview to the ability to PRINT it out?

You can create a script

Go to Layout [Printable Layout]

Enter Preview Mode[Pause]

Print

and then Close Window or Go to Browse Mode or Go to Layout....

Make sure the gray task bar is showing on the left. When the script pauses, there will be a "Continue" button in the task bar. When you click continue, the rest of the script will run.

What if you hide the task bar on the left is there any way out of that?

Hitting "Enter" will make the script Continue.

You could always make the gray bar appear only while the script is active.
