Kasei Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 Is there a way to combine two databases to make a new one in FileMaker 8.0?
AudioFreak Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 Simply put. Yes. Each of your current databases would become a table.
Ender Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 In the Import Records dialog, there's an option in the pull-down menu on the right side to create a New Table based on the source table's field definitions.
Kasei Posted June 6, 2007 Author Posted June 6, 2007 Thanks. Is there a way to pull in the layouts and reports from the second database?
Newbies willingheart Posted June 19, 2007 Newbies Posted June 19, 2007 My import records pull down only shows file, folder, digital camera, xml data source, odbc data source. I can't see any way to create a new table. I have the same problem as the original poster. I purchased a calendar and I need to figure out how to integrate it into my database. D'oh! Lara
