I am trying to get a list of filemaker filenames into a filemaker control file with each filemaker filename as separate record in this control file. Which I had achieve it. However, I would like to be able to click on a record (FileName) to open the file. Anybody know how to do it?

Note that:

- the list of filemaker file may change (enhancing)

- each filemaker file is password protected,

- I am using FMP8.5 on WinXP.

Holy tongue twister. I dont think you could do this without specifying new file references when new ones are created. Perhaps a work around could be done in VB & Applescript.
