Hello:

For the life of me I cant figure this out. I have a popup box on a layout. I click on the box and I see all my choices. I let go and the popup box disappears. Then when I click someplace else on the form it comes back.

Any ideas?

That is normal behavior, what is it you would like it to do?

I'm probably not explaining myself right. When I choose an item from the popup -- I dont see the choice until I click somewhere else on the form. I should see the choice as soon as I let go.

Maybe you can post a sample file of what you are doing. I'm still not totally understanding. ;)

Sorry, firstly it's called a popup-field, took me 5 minutes to work out what you were referring to there.

Secondly, where are you looking for the choice to appear, in the same field, or somewhere else?

There is a talent for understanding what someone is reffering to. Hope I actually learn it someday.....lol.

Sometimes it's tough even though you probably have the answer.

Lol, my reply wasn't directed at you, and I'm still not sure they are referring to pop up field but, i'm seriously not sure what else it could possibly be..

lol I started to ask if it was a portal they were expecting to populate or a lookup field.

Sorry all. I was referring to a popup FIELD. Sorry for all the confusion. It appears the issue has to do with the colors on my MAC. The popup FIELD appears ok on everyone elses machine (even the Windows guys) so it definately has to do with my laptop. Again, I apologize for all the confusion.
