secure value list

Hi all,

Is there an easy way to prevent anyone from double clicking on a field with a drop down menu and adding a value not on the value list. I have reports that are based on this info and people are just typing whatever they want. Users!!! what are ya gonna do?

In Define Database area select the field and choose options>validation tab, Select validate always, and Member of the value list you want.
