Hi all,

I have been playing with 9 and it looks like data validation has changed. I have a date field validation to be any day after today, and before it would say something like the field is not valid with a pop up. Now it changes the date.

I haven't seen any other instances of field level validation getting whacked like that. Try adding your validation check back to the field and see if everything works as you expect

Is it validation, or an auto-enter calculation?

It was a validation. I dont remember the database it was in, but I dont have any auto calcs for dates.
