July 20, 200718 yr Newbies I am developing an online business using FilemakerPro as the platform for a database I plan to offer to selected clients. I'll be contracting the development work out to a qualified developer but I want to make sure the quotes I receive are fair and reasonable. Please advise if you have suggestions on how I might best accomplish this, or the best route to take in the development process. Thx.
July 20, 200718 yr Welcome to FM Forums Well it's fairly easy. Prepare a document outlining in detail the requirements of the database, then once you've done that ask yourself the question - what is this worth to me. Then, give this to a few different developers and request quotes as well as estimated deadlines. Edited July 20, 200718 yr by Guest
