I'm having trouble with workers duplicating records accidentally, not being aware they have done it, and then we find redundant records later, with info added on both records. Vaughan Posted July 26, 2007 Share Posted July 26, 2007 (edited) The best way to do this is with Custom Menus: completely remove the Duplicate command form the menu. I think Custom Menus were introduced in FMP 8.5, and you'll need Advanced to edit them. While you're there, get rid of "Delete All Records" too.
