plug-in to scroll webviewer

Is there a plug in that allows a scriptable scrolling of the webviewer window. Something that could set the exact scroll of the window to allow the webviewer to center over an exact part of a web page.

It might be possible to scroll the webviewer using Javascript. Not tested, just an idea.
