Big & Small Text boxes--need to print all text

I am currently working on a database that will store the various department’s annual reports (or end of year reports). Some of the text fields will be quite big and some will be a paragraph at most. But the size will vary by department and there's really no way of predicting what it will be.

I am having issues printing. I would like to print the reports and have the fields auto-size on the paper. I have checked “Set Sliding/Printing”, but it’s really not doing what I think it should.

Any help will be appreciated.
