Hi,

I'm new to FM.

I want to track the progress that is made with business contacts by creating an entry system that allows the user to type in a comment about a particular time that contact was contacted, then the program date and time stamps that record.

It is kind of a journal entry system of sorts allowing the business to keep track of times we talked to each business contact and the result of each conversation.

My big question is... how do I do that?

Hi , The Field option in the define database fields has a auto-entry tab, In this has a date/time stamp option for create and modify
