August 8, 200718 yr Two issues. One layout has this striped background. How do I make it white? Other layout with merge fields has all data showing in Browse, Layout and Preview, does not have merge showing fields in Find. Print set up as envelop#10 landscape. Now fliping through the records, every other is blank. Want to print consecutive pages. Help would be appreciated!
August 8, 200718 yr Stripped? Would those be horizontal or vertical? Is this in Form View, List View, or Table View? If it is either Form or List View, you have to be in "Layout Mode" to adjust what you see in Browse. If it is in Table View, I pretty sure that what you are asking is how the View looks. I'm not sure what you are looking for in Find, but none of your fields should show data in Find except Global. The Find mode is for you to enter your Find Criteria in the Field of your choice, and then to find those record that match it. If you have problems with your first question, you can post a copy of your file so we can see what you are talking about.

September 27, 200718 yr hello everyone--i have a problem with labels. i want to print different fields from my table into differnt sections, boxs, areas whatever one calls the area for the next label. i go to layout mode, select vertical labels and i get one label area white, the next two are greyed out. how do i get my next field to be printed into the next label areas for printing
