I do not believe so, at least not directly.

FileMaker Server 5.5 on the Windows 2000 Server platform permits Domain Name Authentication for FileMaker Pro 5.5 users connecting from Windows OS work stations. Mac workstations will be able to use this feature in FMP 5.5v2, to be relesed later.

Yup, I knew that Filemaker Server 5.5 support NT Domain Authentication, and that Filemaker Pro 5.5 clients can logon with these credentials, but I'm searching for a way/possibility to let users logon to the web interface with these credentials..
