Is there a way to have a flash video be placed in a form? Lets say I want to have a video of how to pour water. I make a flash video of this and I want it to be shown in my app, however I do not want anyone using it to be able to remove it or mess it up by accident or otherwise. Any ideas?

Thanks

Shove it in a web viewer. Alternitavely, make it a quicktime and shove it in a container, right click the container in layout mode and go to some sub menu relating to field behaviour that i forget the name of and disable entry in find / browse modes.

I have a file that was created by Parker Bennett using version 3 (4). I went to his site, and he has moved them, or pulled them, so I can't send it to you.

But, here is what the description says.

With QuickTime 4.0 or greater installed, users can view Macromedia

Flash 3 files that have been imported into container fields

(as well as QuickTime movies exported from Flash).

Excellent guys! Thanks, but now for a bit of a hard one (at least for my small brain). My latest project is for a well known "Ghost Chaser" society. In my app, I need to have them be able to put an unlimited number of pictures under one record. So if they put in one picture it shows under the record, however if they need to put in 30, they will still show up under the same single record. Kind of like a picture book with numerous slots, yet not making hundreds of container fields in my development. Is this possible?

Thanks

Hi

you'll need a related table that holds those pictures and a portal in the Main table that shows them ( maybe thumbnails of them is a better choise )

So you'll have a single container field, but many records, in the related table.
