When my checkbox has too many items listed i would like a scrollbar to appear not my list items to disappear

There is no practical work around for this.

or to put it another way.

There are workarounds but they are NOT practical.

Here's a possibility. I wasn't sure if you saw this one. :wink2:

I realize it requires a CF and it's considered a 'workaround' and that you want a regular process for it - and I totally agree!
