I am implementing a solution that requires the use of several plug-ins. This works fine on all the computers we have installed it on so far, except one, where the new plug-in will not register, no matter what we try in terms of uninstalling and reinstalling Filemaker or the plug-in. All the other plug-ins have registered. The plug-in isn't corrupted as we have subsequently installed the same file successfully.

We are using XP Pro with Filemaker 9.0 client.

Can anyone suggest what might be going on here?

Have you tried to install just one plugin at a time on that PC. Another thought is if the PC's are all the same just clone the HDD from one that is working.

Did you log in the same way on each PC before installing? Are you logged in as an admin? Sometimes security settings can interfere.
